An Article in New Republic by Steven Pinker:
Science Is Not Your Enemy: An impassioned plea to neglected novelists, embattled professors, and tenure-less historians (http://www.newrepublic.com/article/114127/science-not-enemy-humanities)
Pinker attempts to make a plea for not-demonizing or rejecting science in the humanities. Coherent and interesting. I wish Jungians could be moved by such pleas, but I doubt they would identify.
Also interesting as a follow up to this article is part of a conversation from 1999 on Edge.org between Steven Pinker and Richard Dawkins:
IS SCIENCE KILLING THE SOUL? (http://www.edge.org/conversation/is-science-killing-the-soul)
