Most of you out there interested in folktales who have access to the web probably know this site . . . but I thought I'd link it. It's the folktexts site of an old Professor of mine, D.L. Ashliman. A wonderful resource.
Ashliman's Folklinks page (http://www.pitt.edu/~dash/folklinks.html) is also worth bookmarking. This is where you want to go first when trying to track down folktales.

Sur La Lune is a great site. I especially like the "similar tales from other cultures" link attached to each of the main stories. Many of the hyperlinked annotations in the stories are nice to have, as well.
